The collection includes correspondence and subject files relating to the braille and foreign editions of the Catholic Digest, legal and financial information, issues from the Shrines of the World series, as well as oral history interviews with many of the early employees of the magazine.

The Robert P. Fogerty papers include correspondence, class notes and reports relating to his service at the College of St. Thomas, the U.S. Air Force, professional, educational and community organizations. Also in the collection are tapes and transcripts of the Memories of St. Thomas oral history program.

The Sister Mary Christine Athans papers contains oral histories and research materials used in the writing of the history of the Saint Paul Seminary history, To Work For the Whole People. A small number files related to Sr. Christine's speeches, writings and correspondence are also included in the collection.
Veterans History Project
The Veterans History Project, sponsored by the American Folklife Center at the Library of Congress, has as its goal the collection and preservation of stories of wartime service. From 2003 through 2011, undergraduate students in Professor Joseph Fitzharris’s introductory history classes participated in the collection process for this project.
