This collection contains biographical materials, speeches and subject files documenting the tenure of the University of St. Thomas's 15th president, Dr. Julie Sullivan.

The Cullen Presidential records consist of one file of correspondence.  The topics of the correspondence included exchanges with the General Education Board and the University of Minnesota regarding the accreditation of the College of St. Thomas.

The Aquinas Foundation records include corporate documents, financial information, correspondence, and materials documenting the grants given.

This collection includes copies of the citations accompanying awards given by the College/University of St. Thomas including : honorary degrees, the Msgr. John A. Ryan Award, the St. Thomas Aquinas Medallion and the Distinguished Services Award.

The O'Gorman records includes correspondence regarding a lecture he was to give.

The Fr. Edward McSweeney Presidential Records consist of one notebook containing suggestions for the coursework and discipline of St. Thomas Aquinas Seminary students.

The Byrne Presidential Records include essays and newspaper clippings created during his tenure as the President of the College of St. Thomas.

The Fr. John F. Dolphin Records include correspondence received and sent by John Dolphin during his presidency at the College of St. Thomas (1899 - 1903) and some materials relating to his service as Army Chaplain at Fort Snelling (1888 - 1893).

The Moynihan Presidential records consist primarily of correspondence.  The topics of the correspondence included exchanges with the General Education Board regarding the accreditation of the College of St. Thomas and salary disputes with faculty members.

The collection contains correspondence regarding the accreditation of the College of St. Thomas.
