This artificial collection of Irish theater programs was assembled by the staff of the Department of Special Collections.  The collection combines programs given to the department as well as those found among other departmental collections.

Abstract

The Veterans History Project, sponsored by the American Folklife Center at the Library of Congress, has as its goal the collection and preservation of stories of wartime service. From 2003 through 2011, undergraduate students in Professor Joseph Fitzharris’s introductory history classes participated in the collection process for this project.

The Christopher Dawson papers include manuscripts of his publications, correspondence with colleagues and publishers, and Dawson's extensive library of works on philosophy, theology, Christian education, the history of religion, Europe, the Middle East, and the United States.

Scope and Contents The Holy Card Collection is an artificial collection of Roman Catholic devotional cards. The core of the collection was assembled from items found in books in the Archbishop Ireland Memorial Library (Saint Paul Seminary) collection. The items date from the late 19th through the 20th centuries and are in multiple languages. Abstract

The Catholic Pamphlets Collection is an artificial collection of published pamphlets on a variety of topics related to the Roman Catholic Church.  The bulk of the collection dates from the period of the 1930s through 1950s but some material dates through the 1980s.
