Scope and Contents The papers in the Fr. James H. Moynihan collection document the time period he was President of the College of St. Thomas, 1933-1943.  The papers include subject files that cover the various professional organizations Moynihan belonged to and his role in keeping St. Thomas accredited.  The files also touch upon the Naval V-12 program that was on the campus during the war and campus improvements such as new buildings.
