Biographical or Historical Information
The Navy V-12 program was designed to supplement the force of commissioned officers in the United States Navy during World War II. Enrollees in the program completed their bachelors degree in this program before receiving further officer's training by the Navy or Marine Corps. The College of St. Thomas provided degree completion courses for officer's candidates from July 1943 through October 1945.
