Biographical or Historical Information
The Department of Journalism and Mass Communication was established at the College of St. Thomas in 1959. In 2007, the Department merged with the Communication Studies Department to form the Department of Communication and Journalism (COJO). In 2022, the department split from Communication Studies to for the Emerging Media Department.
